The rooms were lovely and clean. Two pools were available. A gym was present. The location is gorgeous.
The reception staff were not what I would expect at a four-star hotel. The bikes are needed as the resort is far away, BUT unfortunately, these are old and dangerous.

the air conditioning was centrally managed, my room felt stuffy because of it. rooms lacked fans. additionally, noise was a problem. i could hear furniture moving above and outside, impacting my rest.

The apartment was spacious and clean. I found the kitchen had a Nespresso machine and a microwave. The housekeeping service kept the room super clean daily. I especially enjoyed the two pools. One of them was heated (perfect for a morning swim). Restaurants on-site were reasonable in price and quality. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel provided me with a quiet location. The beach is just across the street, great for morning walks. I appreciated the indoor pool, useful on cooler days. The staff was consistently helpful. I found the location to be a perfect balance of quiet and accessible. The location is ideal if you prefer a spot away from the center. The hotel offers complimentary bikes . This was a great addition for traveling to the nearby town. I used the outdoor pool with ample sunbeds. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I appreciated a balcony for breakfast overlooking the sea. It was wonderful to have free bike rentals for my entire stay. I found the staff consistently friendly.
The check-in process was a bit slow upon arrival. My room wasn't ready quite at the stated time.
